Kaziranga National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is also recognized as an Important Bird Area by BirdLife International. The park attracts a large number of visitors every year who come to see its unique wildlife and beautiful landscape.

Kaziranga National Park is a protected area located in the Indian state of Assam. It was established in 1905 as a forest reserve and was declared a national park in 1974. The park covers an area of 430 square kilometers and is known for its rich biodiversity, particularly the Indian one-horned rhinoceros.

The park is home to the largest population of Indian one-horned rhinoceroses in the world, with over 2,000 individuals. It is also home to other iconic species such as Asian elephants, tigers, wild water buffalo, swamp deer, and several species of birds.

Kaziranga is home to the world’s largest population of Indian one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as many other species of mammals, birds, and reptiles. The park is also recognized as an important bird area by Birdlife International, with over 400 species of birds identified within its boundaries.

The park is also famous for its large population of migratory birds, which come from as far as Siberia during the winter months.
